This year I've decided to write a quick thanks to show my appreciation for the people in my life!
I'm thankful for: My Parents - thank you for showing me what it is to be a true Eagles fan, being a true example of good and loving people & making me read everyday... even when I didn't want to. Thank you for a magical childhood - I've learned many aren't as fortunate as I to have such a wonderful childhood. And thank you for my love of 80's music. I still remember our dance parties every time I hear those songs. My brother and sister - thank you for fighting with me when I deserved it and being by my side when I needed it. You both are a huge part of making me who I am and I can't thank you both enough. Thank you for being my amusement park partners & my favorite part of birthdays each year, whether we're Barn-B-Qing (even after a nasty fall!) or staying at home - you guys are so important. My husband - thank you for dealing with me when I'm crazy... dealing with me when I over do it (whether it be whitening my teeth, running, dying my hair... anything). Thank you for being one of the most genuinely kind and loving human beings on the planet & for letting me watch Pit bulls and Parolees every week - even though you hate the show. My In-Laws - thank you for accepting and loving me for who I am... I truly couldn't have asked for a better extended family. Thank you for trusting me to take care of your son, even after I hooked myself while fishing... My job - I get to do something I love every day and work with a great group of people. My friends - thank you all for loving me when I'm loud, or when I'm quiet... thank you for loving me even when I'm making a scene in a public place & thank you for being my partners in crime. I can't imagine a better group of people to call my friends and I am so thankful for you all. This is an incomplete list. I could write for days and days about what I am thankful for but I wanted to express my gratitude to the people in my life.. even if they never get to read this. I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving - remember to enjoy the company and never take a moment for granted. xoxo, Wilk
