Happy Monday & Tuesday! No run yesterday. I had a flat tire & needed to get my tires replaced. No run today either. It was my husband and my 3rd anniversary. Tomorrow will be two 40 minute intervals at half marathon pace. Will be a great indicator as to where I am in my training. Every day for the rest of the week will include a workout. How do you make up for missed workout days? Do you double up or skip a rest day? I try not to stress about missing. It keeps workouts from feeling like something I have to do and keeps it as something I love to do. So glad the Eagles won last night! 2-0 baby! Later in the week I'll be posting a running fashion.
